Quality Guarantee & Returns

The Popcorn Place uses the highest quality ingredients. If you are not completely satisfied
with our product, we will replace it or issue a refund after the unused portion is returned to
our store. Please call toll free 1.877.POPOPFL for instructions.

Delivery

Items are usually shipped within 48 hours after the receipt of your order, however, delays
may occur on large orders or out-of-stock items. All packages are shipped USPS Priority
Mail and should be received in 2-3 business days after shipping (in the continental United
States). We are able to ship overseas including military bases; please contact us directly for
information. We package your popcorn with care but if you would like the added security of
insuring it, we will be glad to do so for $1.50 per package.
